Job Summary:
At GlobalMed, we don’t just build tools, we architect the future of healthcare delivery. We are looking for a visionary Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of complex physical hardware, integrated software, and life-saving clinical applications.
This isn't a maintenance role. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of new products, from the first spark of an idea through prototyping, regulatory navigation, and full-scale manufacturing. If you are a hands-on strategist who isn't afraid to wear multiple hats to bridge the gap between engineering and the exam room, you’ve found your next challenge.

- Champion the User - Conduct deep-dive market research and clinical interviews to ensure our hardware solves real-world problems for providers and patients.
- Drive Cross-Functional Excellence - Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Business Development, Sales, and Support to ensure a seamless go-to-market execution.
- Own the Roadmap - Maintain a transparent, data-driven backlog that balances immediate hardware iterations with long-term strategic growth.

- Technical Fluency - You speak the language of engineers and developers. Bonus points for familiarity with health exchange protocols like HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
- Strategic Empathy - You lead with data and research, not assumptions. You have the emotional intelligence to understand the high stakes of healthcare and the empathy to design for the end-user.
- Entrepreneurial Grit - You are a self-starter who treats your product like your own business. You are organized, persuasive, and ready to evangelize your vision to any stakeholder.
Qualifications:
